The Liberty Ranch House

My family stayed from September 4–7 and had a wonderful experience. The house was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to everything we needed. The accommodations were excellent, and the location couldn’t have been better. The owner was great to work with on short notice and communicated very well. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you again for everything.

We had a great stay at Gregory’s home. We were in Lynchburg to drop our kids at Liberty and the house was very convenient to school. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and lots of room to move around in. He has lots of beds and huge TVs l throughout. Our host was also very responsive, thoughtful and helpful. We also loved being able to bring our fur baby with us. It was perfect for us and we would definitely stay there again.

This was a perfect location for moving my daughter into college, located right down the street from Liberty University. Quiet neighborhood, felt very safe to take an evening stroll through. Furniture was comfortable and clean, and the host was very responsive.

Greg was a great host! Very accommodating and great communication! I would recommend this house to anyone who’s looking to stay in Lynchburg.

Host was truly a gem. I needed a place to stay for daughter graduation and needed an early check in. Greg accommodated me and was a pleasure to host from. He made sure any questions or concerns were addressed immediately and always responded in a timely manner. Such a great host!!

The house worked perfectly for us. We had our entire family there for my son's wedding. Everyone had space to be together or have some quiet away time. The house was clean and inviting. It had every amenity we needed. The back sunroom was a perfect place to have a quiet moment in the morning with coffee. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Plenty of space for all. Greg was super responsive, he always responded timely to every question we had. Great Host.

Gregory’s place was great. It is in a great location close to everything. The house was very clean and stocked with everything you need. Gregory is a great host. Dog friendly and having a fenced in yard is great.

Gregory’s property was clean and comfortable for our group. It was a short drive to shops and restaurants. Gregory was very nice and responded almost immediately if we had a question. There was plenty of space for our group of 5 adults. I would rent from Gregory again without hesitation!

I highly recommend this house. The house was perfect to meet our large family’s needs! We appreciated that there were two dinning tables, large kitchen, and space for kids and adults. Greg is a great host!

We had a great stay at Gregory's place and would highly recommend the house. Everything was exactly as described and spotless. Location was also very convenient to Liberty and many restaurants. House was even larger than I expected and plenty of room for the seven of us. Gregory was incredibly responsive and accommodating.

Meet our married children here for a weekend reunion and to spend time with our daughter at college. There were 6 of us and we could’ve easily had another 4 people comfortably. It was a beautiful house and incredibly roomy. We will definitely be back!! An excellent value!

Three couples and 3 other adults stayed here for a wedding we were attending. We were more than comfortable and the house was spotless. The house was very well equipped and the expresso machine was a huge hit! We would definitely stay here again. Host answered all questions and was quick to respond.

We needed a place to stay for 12 people for a wedding in the area. This was perfect for us. It was in a nice, safe neighborhood, had plenty of space, and was clean upon arrival. This is considered a 4 bedroom, but actually has 5 sleeping areas if you include the downstairs main area which has several beds. It had two fully furnished living areas on the main level which worked out nice for people to spread out, catch up, and have great conversations plus an additional main level sunroom where we saw deer and rabbit in the backyard. All in all this was a great rental in a mature neighborhood and would highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay - we had 8 teen girls and 3 coaches - and it was perfect for our team bball camp experience.

Greg was very responsive to our inquiries during our stay. The house is great, we liked the different gathering areas so folks didn’t feel like they were on top of one another.

Greg has a beautiful home in a very safe peaceful neighborhood, his home has lot of rooms and beds great for larger groups. He responds quick and friendly, thanks for having us! We’ll definitely book again!

This visit was for our son’s college graduation, and we needed something near the school. Gregory’s property came up a couple weeks before we were due in Lynchburg, and we scheduled it immediately, after we canceled a further location. He was very attentive to make sure all our guests had appropriate sleeping arrangements. All beds seemed to be new, as well as some appliances. When the refrigerator water dispenser wasn’t working, Gregory ordered Britas to be delivered that same day. If you need to be in Lynchburg for university business, this is your place to be, especially with many friends/family. You will find Gregory is incredibly prompt and will help make your stay worthwhile.

it was a great experience host was wonderful very responsive. only suggestion more seating , we were large group extra seating would've been a plus.
