No. Your total includes the nightly rate, a cleaning fee, and applicable taxes. There are zero guest service fees. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Airbnb charges guests a service fee of approximately 14% on top of the listed price. On a 3-night stay at our property, that typically saves you $80-120 by booking direct.

We do not require a traditional security deposit. However, guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear. We may offer a damage protection waiver option in the future.

Yes. We welcome well-behaved dogs. There is a $50 pet fee per stay. Please disclose your pet when submitting your booking request. Cats and other animals require prior approval.
