100% Refund
Full refund of the total amount paid. No questions asked.
14 to 30 Days Before Check-in
50% Refund
Half of the total amount paid is refunded. The cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Less Than 14 Days Before Check-in
No Refund
We're unable to offer refunds for cancellations within 14 days of check-in, as the dates are unlikely to be rebooked.

- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
- If you need to change your dates rather than cancel, contact us first. We're often able to accommodate date changes at no extra cost.
- In the event of a natural disaster or government-issued travel restriction affecting your stay, we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
